The song, released last summer as one of the many new tracks featured on The Weeknd’s TV series soundtrack, “The Idol,” received great response from listeners and has since become a staple choice on both radio station playlists and online streaming services.
For Madonna especially, “Popular” added another accolade to her long list of victories and awards in her legendary career, becoming her most successful single on the charts in the US in the last 15 years and her first top 10 single in the UK since 2009. To date, the song has amassed over a billion streams since its release last June.

Directed by Cliqua, the accompanying music video for “Popular” premiered at the Fortnite Festival and later became available through The Weeknd’s YouTube channel. The clip showcases each of the three artists individually in glamorous settings: The Weeknd in a mansion, Madonna in a luxurious penthouse, and Playboi Carti sporting oversized trousers.
Justin Timberlake unveils the second single from his upcoming album, titled “Drown“!
Just a month after the release of “Selfish,” Justin Timberlake is back with the second single from his upcoming album.
On Tuesday, the pop star announced that a second song from his forthcoming album, “Everything I Thought It Was,” is set to be released this Friday. He presented the new melody, titled “Drown,” and revealed the release date by posting a video on Instagram featuring a snippet of the song.

In the clip, the hitmaker gave a preview of what appears to be an emotional ballad, playing several acoustic lyrics while sitting at a piano.
The singer of “Mirrors” announced the release date in the caption and provided his fans with a health update, as he had shared earlier this month on Instagram that he had the flu. “I made it to London, still recovering from this flu. But pushing through,” wrote the former *NSYNC member. “So excited about the new music and everything coming this week.”

Bleachers today release new single ‘Me Before You’ – the fourth track taken from their highly anticipated new album ‘Bleachers’.
Earlier this month frontman Jack Antonoff won Producer of the Year (Non-Classical) at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards for an incredible third consecutive year, becoming only the second producer in history to win three years running. In a hugely successful night for the talented songwriter and producer, Antonoff also picked up a Grammy Award for his work on Taylor Swift’s ‘Midnights’ in the Album Of The Year category, taking his total of Grammy Awards across his career to an impressive 10.
Antonoff & Bleachers are set to take their renowned live show on the road this year on the ‘From The Studio To The Stage’ tour. The forthcoming dates will see the band play across the UK in March before a US leg in May and June, including the sixth edition of the band’s legendary Shadow Of The City festival in New Jersey, and will be the first opportunity for eager fans to see the band play live in support of their highly anticipated new album. Limited tickets for remaining dates can be found at bleachersmusic.com/tour.

Listen ‘Me Before You’:
‘Bleachers’, the band’s fourth studio album, is released Friday 8th March via Dirty Hit and features singles ‘Modern Girl’, ‘Alma Mater’, ‘Tiny Moves’ and ‘Me Before You’. You can pre-order ‘Bleachers’ now at https://bleachersmusic.com.
There’s a rich depth to the band’s sound on ‘Bleachers’: it is laid out in bright, soulful technicolour. The album is frontman Antonoff’s distinctly New Jersey take on the bizarre sensory contradictions of modern life, on his position in culture, and on the things he cares about. Sonically, it’s sad, it’s joyful, it’s music for driving on the highway to, for crying to and for dancing to at weddings. There’s something reassuringly touchable and concrete about its sentiment: exist in crazy times but remember what counts.
Described as “anthemic, life affirming pop rock” by the New York Times, Bleachers are fronted by globally celebrated, ten-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician, and producer, Jack Antonoff. Releasing their debut album ‘Strange Desire’ in 2014, the band have built a huge, passionate following across three studio albums, becoming renowned for their impressive live show and infectious camaraderie. The band’s last album, ‘Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night’ took them to new heights, showcasing Antonoff’s immersive songwriting and, as Variety testified, his innate skill at “supersizing personal stories into larger-than-life pop anthems”.
Both with Bleachers and as a songwriter and producer, Antonoff, who, in 2021, was credited by the BBC for having “redefined pop music”, has collaborated with the likes of Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Diana Ross, Lorde, St. Vincent, Florence + The Machine, Kevin Abstract and many more.

Amidst the glamour and turmoil of wartime Paris, Jack Antonoff’s curated soundtrack for Apple TV’s “The New Look” continues to captivate audiences, and the latest gem to emerge is Perfume Genius‘ haunting rendition of “What A Difference A Day Makes.” Originally penned by María Grever in 1934 and later immortalized by Dinah Washington in 1959, this timeless classic takes on new life under Perfume Genius’ unique vision.
The series, spearheaded by Todd A. Kessler, delves deep into the transformative power of fashion during the Nazi occupation, with luminaries like Ben Mendelsohn embodying Christian Dior and Juliette Binoche channeling the indomitable spirit of Coco Chanel. Antonoff’s meticulous curation brings authenticity to the era, with Lana Del Rey’s ethereal cover of “Blue Skies,” the 1975’s soulful rendition of “Now Is the Hour,” and Florence and the Machine’s stirring take on “White Cliffs of Dover” setting the stage for a journey through time and style.
As the narrative unfolds, Perfume Genius’ contribution adds another layer of emotional depth, echoing the resilience and longing woven into the fabric of Parisian society. His interpretation of Grever’s masterpiece offers a poignant reflection on the fleeting nature of time amidst chaos, serving as a poignant reminder of the enduring human spirit in the face of adversity.

Mick Jones, co-founder and guitarist of Foreigner, has Parkinson’s disease. He revealed this in a statement, shedding light on his absences from the stage in recent years due to unspecified health issues.
“Fans may have noticed that I haven’t been performing with the band for some time now. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I want you to know that I am doing well.”
Since 2022, Jones, the only remaining member of the original lineup, has been unable to play regularly. He has occasionally appeared on stage with Foreigner to perform a couple of songs. His absence has been more noticeable since last year when the band began their farewell tour, which will resume in March.

“I’m doing my best on stage, but unfortunately, it’s a bit challenging for me at the moment,” Jones writes. “But I am still involved with Foreigner behind the scenes.” Speaking with Billboard, Jeff Pilson, the group’s bassist since 2004, explained that Jones still has the final say on band matters.
“Dealing with Parkinson’s is a daily struggle,” Jones continues. “The important thing is to persevere and remember the wonderful career I’ve had. I thank all the fans who have supported Foreigner and continue to come to our concerts: I want you to know that I appreciate your support. It means a lot to me, especially at this moment in life.”
